Realizing that your customers may not be able to accomodate us during the week due to their hectic work schedules, we offer Saturday inspections. An additional $25 fee will be applied.

CUSTOMER CARE

Turn Times
Our process has been tested and proved. We can now provide four hours or less turn times from the completion of the property inspection. This applies to non-complex properties located in Buncombe, Henderson, and Haywood counties, as well as most suburban areas in Madison and Transylvania Counties. Reports requiring rental analyses do not apply. Once we receive your order we will contact your customer within 24 hours of receiving the order and inform you of the scheduled inspection date and time. Typical inspections can usually be completed within one hour. Complex properties or unforeseen circumstances may slightly increase the turn time but these property reports can generally be completed in less than one full business day from the time of the property inspection. The turn time applies only to standard and FHA appraisals for single family residential properties, including condos, town houses, and manufactured housing.

Property Inspections
If problems are encountered during the property inspection (ie., deferred maintenance, damage to improvements, etc.) we will contact you immediately.

Report Delivery

We email all reports in secured Adobe Acrobat pdf format and will forward hard copies of your report upon request. Adobe Reader can be downloaded free from the internet.
